  • Own investigations end to end for complex enterprise identity issues, including errors that cause production outages, across Active Directory, SAML, SSO, MFA and core IAM workflows.
  • Won the global individual Love Our Customers Award at Okta Customer Service Week 2026.
  • Built a Gemini-powered research and support agent that searches online sources and internal connectors to help solve cases, find knowledge base material, and draft emails and articles. Submitted to Okta's AI GCAS Council.
  • Added customer data isolation safeguards. 5–10 teammates use it several times a day, on at least two cases each, every day.
